ACTIVIDAD PROMOCIONAL DE ORIENTACION DEPORTIVA
¿En que consiste la actividad?
En visitar unos lugares indicados en el mapa con circulos de color purpura. En el centro de los circulos habrán elementos indicados en la descripción (por ejemplo : estatua). Habran preguntas sobre los elementos en un cuestionario que llevará cada participante. La respuesta de cada pregunta se deberá rellenar en la tarjeta de control.
What does the activity consist of?
Visiting the places indicated on the map with purple circles. Once the participant is in the center of the circle they will have to find an item that is indicated on the map (example: a statue). Once the participant finds the item they will have to answer a question on the questionnaire describing the item. The answer to each question must be completed on the control sheet which will be given to each participant at the start of the event.

What do you need?
The map, the questionnaire, the control sheet (all of this will be provided by the organization). Pencil, pen, or marker (Each participant must bring their own) Comfortable clothes and sport footwear!
Tipo de competición:
Se podrá visitar los lugares de los elementos en orden libre.
La primera cifra de cada elemento o control indicará su puntuación.
Si responde correctamente a la cuestión de ese elemento o control, se sumarán los puntos asignados. Si responde incorrecto no se sumarán puntos.
El ganador será el participante que sume más puntuación. En caso que dos participantes tengan la misma puntuación, ganará el participante con menos tiempo total.
El tiempo maximo serán 2 horas. Quien supere 2 horas, será penalizado un punto por cada minuto o fraction de minuto que sobre pase el tiempo maximo. No es necesario visitar todos los controles.
La actividad puede hacer individual o por equipos de 2 o más componetes. Si es por equipos, todavia todos los componentes deberán estar inscritos. Los niños menores de 8 años es gratis la inscripcion, pero no pueden participar solos.
Type of competition
The participant may visit each circled place on the map in any order.
The first digit of each item or panel will indicate your score.
If you answer the question correctly on the questionnaire about the item or panel, the assigned points will be added to your overall score. If you respond incorrectly, you will not receive points for that item.
The winner will be the participant with the most points / highest score. In the case that 2 participants have the same amount of points, the participant with the least time of completing the course will win.
The maximum time will be 2 hours. Anyone who exceeds 2 hours will be penalized 1 point per minute or a fraction of a minute to pass the maximum time. It is not necessary to visit all of the checkpoints.
The activity can be done individually or in teams of 2 or more participants. If you choose to have a team, each participant will still have to be registered in the system. Registration is free for children less than 8 years old, but they are not allowed to participate alone.
